New Solutions Capital Group was founded , we have been committed
to keeping all information about you and your business relationships
with us confidential. In any business, keeping personal information
private is important; in financial services, it is critical.
Our ongoing commitment to respect and protect
the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' personal information,
including that of sole proprietors and individuals carrying
on business in a partnership, is addressed here in our Privacy
Code. We want you to know, in plain terms, why we ask for
your personal information, how we use your personal information
in establishing and maintaining your relationship with us,
how we keep your personal information confidential, and how
you can inquire about the personal information we hold about
you.
This Code applies to the operations of New
Solutions Capital Group in Canada regardless of how you choose
to do business with us- in our office, online, or by telephone.
The members of New Solutions offer our clients a broad range
of financial services , wealth management, and other financial
products solutions. Reference throughout this Code to "we",
"our" and "us" means New Solutions Capital
Group and its members. In addition, reference to "credit
bureau” includes credit reporting agencies and personal
information agents and agencies in the province Quebec.
Our Employees Responsibilities
Each and every one of our employees is responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information
to which they have access. As a condition of employment, our
employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement
binding them to this responsibility which governs their actions,
even if they leave or retire from New Solutions Capital Group.
We keep our employees informed about our policies and procedures
for protecting personal information and reinforce the importance
of complying with them. All employees are also required, as
a condition of employment, to conform to these policies and
procedures.
Sharing Your Personal Information
To ensure that you benefit from our full
range of products and services, we will, with your permission,
share your personal information (other than health information)
to the extent permitted by law, amongst New Solutions Capital
partners which provide deposit, loan, investment, securities,
brokerage, and other products and services. With this more
comprehensive understanding, we are better able to meet your
needs as they grow and change.
Your Choices
You can choose not to provide us with some or
all of your personal information. You can also withdraw your
consent to our use of your personal information, as long as:
you give us at least sixty (60) days written
notice by completing the necessary form available at
our office there are no legal requirements for
the use of your personal information
withdrawing your consent does not result in
our inability to fulfill your contract with us, and
your consent does not relate to a credit product
we have granted to you, where we are required to collect and
exchange your personal information on an ongoing basis with
credit bureau, credit insurers and other lenders, in order
to maintain the integrity of the credit-granting system and
the completeness of information held by the credit bureau.
We take our responsibility to respect and protect
the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously.
