Q:
Do I have to factor all of my invoices?
A: No. You are free to decide which invoices
to factor and which to keep in house. However, a comprehensive
review of the entire receivables portfolio will assist us
in better understanding your business as well as let us help
you assess the quality of your end-debtors and help identify
any problems that might be on the horizon.
Q: Does New Solutions require additional collateral?
A: While collateral requirements are normally
based on the merits of each transaction , a first position
on accounts receivable is the minimum that New Solutions
requires. In some cases we will require a GSA or additional
collateral based on the particulars of the deal.
Q: How long do I have to commit to factoring my
invoices?
A: Generally speaking our standard term
is six months. However, New Solutions Capital Group is focused
on helping our clients hence we can adjust the term to meet
the needs of the client.
Q: How do my customers know where to send payments?
A: New Solutions has a number of seamless
solutions when it comes to payments. We are not in the business
of interrupting relationships between you and your clients.
Generally speaking we make arrangements, through our proprietary
lock box system, for payments to be sent to and credited
to your account.
Q: How do I receive money from my factored accounts?
A: New Solutions can wire funds to your
account, send a check through FedEx or any other overnight
service, via Canada Post and US mail. In certain cases,
if your bank has a branch near our office we can deposit
the check directly into your account.
Q: WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE MONIES?
A: New Solutions funds all verified invoices
submitted on pre-approved debtors within 48 hours of receipt.
If the debtor has not been pre-approved for purchase, we
will try to fund those invoices as fast as possible, usually
within 48 hours as well. This quick turn around is the reason
many businesses work with New Solutions Capital Group. This
is also why New Solutions has become one of the largest
privately held factoring companies in North America, and
why we are viewed as an industry leader.
